Is Express Drug Store a registered UK pharmacy?

Yes. We are a UK-registered pharmacy and all products we sell are licensed for UK sale.

How fast is delivery?

Most orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — UK delivery is free on orders over £30. Below that, standard delivery is £3.95.

Can I get advice from a pharmacist?

Yes. Email care@expressdrugstore.co.uk during opening hours and our pharmacist team will respond.

What is your returns policy?

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.
