1. About Us
Express Drug Store is a UK-registered pharmacy. All medicinal products are supplied in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards.
2. Ordering & Prescriptions
Prescription-only medicines require a valid UK prescription. Over-the-counter medicines can be purchased without a prescription. We reserve the right to refuse supply if a product is clinically inappropriate.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must be available to receive delivery of prescription medicines.
4. Returns & Refunds
Medicines cannot be returned once dispatched due to safety regulations, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Non-medicinal products can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.
